There are 4 type of level 1 wings that chan be crafted in Chaos Machine and it can be done in two steps:

Step: 1

Chaos Weapon Combination:

           

Item(s) +4+add (minimum, can put multiple items, higher item Durability and Level = higher % increasement)
1x Jewel of Chaos
1x Jewel of Bless
1x Jewel of Soul

Success Combination = 1-100% success rate (Chaos Dragon Axe, Chaos Lightning Staff, Chaos Nature Bow)
Failed Combination = items burned

The Chaos Weapon resulted could be either Chaos Nature Bow, Chaos Dragon Axe or Chaos Lightning Staff. You will have to upgrade them to +4 and +4Option, at least, to use it in the second stage, creating your wings.

Step: 2

Level 1 Wing Combination

           

Chaos Weapon +4+add (minimum)
Item(s) +4+add (minimum, can put multiple items, higher item Durability and Level = higher % increasement)
1x Jewel of Chaos
1x Jewel of Bless
1x Jewel of Soul

* Success combination = 1-100% success rate (1st level wings)
* Failed combination = items burned
